Caroline and Peter Bland LRPS/FRPS showed their photographic skills (and the uncomfortable conditions they sometimes encountered) while taking wildlife photographs in the rainforests of Borneo and Costa Rica.
A variety of entertaining AVs made by members were shown on 30th March. Maureen Albright ARPS DPAGB gave her expert judgment and awarded first place to Clive Rathband FRPS FPSSAQ EFIAP for his AV entitled 'The Gift' which told the interesting story of Maud Heath. Robert Harvey gained second place with his AV 'Luangwa' which gave an insight into the wildlife of this Zambian National Park.
Members might be inspired to try their hand at underwater photography after they have seen the amazing images taken by Penny and Spike Piddock both DPAGB on 20th April.
In Competition 4, held on 16th March, Stephen McGrath won the overall trophy for the set subject 'Movement' as well as both the Preliminary Print and Projected Image.
